SHIPPING: 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, Jewels Genie solely operates in the United States for now. However, we are looking to expand to other markets as our business grows in the near future.  

How long are shipping times?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality jewelry products.

Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving your order. We now offer free shipping to all of our USA customers at checkout. Due to COVID-19 and high demand, it can take 10 - 30 days for some items to arrive. All of our products include estimated shipping times. 

As soon as your order is fully processed, you will receive a tracking number in your email that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Thank you kindly for your business.

ORDERS:

Can I change the shipping address or order after it has been placed?

Yes, please contact us immediately after you place the order. We are often unable to change the address after a 2 hour period, sometimes less. Address info can no longer be changed if the order has already been processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes, but only if your order has not begun fulfillment and/or shipped. Cancelations are also possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified in the shipping section.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

What's your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item or if it is defective? 

If there's an issue with your order - it it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we'll give you a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 15 days after the product is received to qualify. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know within 15 days after receiving your product and we'll get you a new one. 

CHARITY:

Do you donate any funds to charity? 

We are a small family business with big dreams to help our community at large. We are happy to donate 5% of all of our profits to families in need. All donations will go towards the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund on a quarterly basis.
